PDF ToolsWorks on this computer — files are never uploaded

Open

Drop PDFs here — each opens in its own tab to view, sign or mark up.

Combine

Drop all the files you want joined — they become one PDF, in file-name order, ready to reorder and save.

PDFs or images (JPG / PNG) — images become PDF pages.

  • Each file opens in its own tab. Compare shows what changed between two revisions.
  • View: jump between sheets, bookmarks, links, comment pins and images
  • Pages: merge files, reorder, rotate, delete, split
  • Edit & sign: signatures, stamps, highlight, text, white-out and text replacement
  • Everything happens inside this browser — nothing is uploaded, and it works offline.

Copy to other pages

Each copy goes the same distance from the nearest corner of the sheet, so title-block signatures and stamps line up even on different sheet sizes.

Scales from the title blocks

Check each sheet, change any you disagree with, then apply. The most common scale becomes the set scale; the others become sheet overrides. Leave a box empty to keep that sheet as it is.

Set the drawing scale

Measurements that start inside the viewport use this scale; everything else on the sheet keeps the sheet's scale.

Use it for
finds “SCALE 1:100 @ A1” on each sheet

Tip: calibrating against a known dimension is the safest choice for PDFs that were scaled when printed (e.g. an A1 drawing saved on A3).

Print

Each sheet prints in its own orientation. In the next window pick the printer and paper (e.g. A3), and set Margins to "None" for edge-to-edge.

Split into separate PDFs

Uses the pages in their current order, including any rotation, signatures and markups.
